Shambhala Sun Summer Camp at least 10 years old as of Sept 30th, 2010 and no more than 16 years old by June 30th, 2009.

Cadet Command Workshop (CCW) 14 years old as of Sept 30th, 2010 and no more than 16 years old by June 30th, 2010. Applicant must have also attended at least one previous Shambhala Sun Summer Camp.

Rites Of Warriorship (ROW) 16 years old as of Sept 30th, 2010, and no more than 21 years old at the beginning of the program. Applicant must have also completed at least one Shambhala training level or attended one Sun Camp or Magyal Pomra Encampment, and must have interest in further Shambhala or Buddhist study and practice.
