For experienced 14-16 year old Sun Campers, there is the option of coming to camp two days early for the Cadet Command Workshop. Here the Cadets are given more intensive and unpredictable training and assigned to leadership roles for Sun Camp. The Cadets are given responsibility for providing examples to the younger Sun Campers, teaching them how to take care of themselves and each other, and for leading them in camp activities and in the skirmish.
